Meal Prep For Beginners- Stir Fry Sesame Chicken

This recipe makes 3 containers, about 297 calories each.

I just bought new meal prep containers and a food scale so I’m using them to make this recipe!

Macros:

27.8g carbs

2.6g fat

38g protein

Ingredients:

•a bag and a half of frozen stir fry veggies (about 4.5cups)

•minced garlic (2tsp)

•rice vinegar

•3 servings frozen peas (a serving size is 87g)

•teriyaki and soy sauces

•everything bagel seasoning

•chicken tenders (15oz) to make 5oz chicken per meal

How to make:

•heat oven to 375

•put chicken in a bag with teryaki sauce, soy sauce, splash of rice vinegar, and 1tsp minces garlic….let sit.

•while that is sitting, stir fry veggies with a little soy sauce, 1tsp minced garlic, and any other seasoning you may like. Sesame oil would be good but I’m sticking to less oil in my meals!

•once veggies are frying in pan, add chicken to a greased pan, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, and cook in oven for about 20-25minutes.

•add chicken and stir fry veggies into meal prep container, add frozen peas. Once ready to eat, heat up in microwave and add some sriracha!
