How to make 3 Meal Prep Containers:
15 chicken tenders (2 packs)
•heat oven to 375 degrees F
•while oven is warming up- mix bag with tajin, chili powder, garlic powder, & light olive oil
Spray another pan and add:
250g frozen broccoli
240-250g fresh tomato
•chop, drizzle light olive oil, sprinkle tajín on veggies
Roast in oven for about 25 min
•cook quinoa and add in some salsa
•sprinkle QUEST “loaded taco” protein tortilla chips on top for a crunchy nacho flavor & extra protein if you need it!
