Gluten Free Crispy Zucchini Fries

Happy Wednesday!

Ever want some crispy fries, without the extra grease and and “bleh” feeling we get after tons of fried food?

This recipe is so easy because there are little to no measurements, and takes less than a half an hour! Not to mention, there is minimal clean up…

1. Heat oven to 375

2. Line pan with parchment paper

3. Cut zucchini into fry shape of choice

4. Combine in a bowl with oil (I used avocado oil), corn meal, and a pinch of salt.

5. Also add any other seasoning you wish such as Parmesan cheese and parsley, or chili powder and paprika, or maybe even pepper and tumeric.

6. Add to the pan with a bit more corn meal and bake until crispy… pair with ranch, a sandwich or whatever you wish.
