
Quick, easy, yummy, and healthy
This salmon recipe literally melts in your mouth and is super easy to make. I saw an idea similar on Tik Tok, but with and air fryer. So that is an option too if you don’t feel like using the oven.

How to make:
•heat oven to 450 degrees
•spray a pan with pam, olive oil, etc… *I use avocado oil because it’s rich in oleic acid, a very healthy fat, good for your cholesterol, high in vitamin E and contains more potassium, calcium and iron than other oils!
•pat salmon dry with a towel
•top with honey Dijon mustard for a more sweet taste…or just plain Dijon mustard works just as well!
•add paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder
•and….the key ingredient: a few sprinkles of brown sugar
•bake until salmon easily flakes off the skin when you pull it apart with a fork. …usually around 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
